How lovely is this cottage? Well, I say "cottage", as its official name is Mall Cottage; but, by the looks of these photos, I'd say it was more a pretty impressive and fairly grand house, actually. Anyway, beautiful, isn't it? I love the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling sash windows with the flowing curtains, and I adore the sitting room - I'd love to have those bookcases (and all those books)!
This cottage is so lovely that I saved half the pictures on First Options for my eventual room redecoration. I really like how the door is a bookcase and the library has a sofa bed. I'm a lie-down reader myself!

Holy cow, I could see living and being very comfortable in this cottage!! The bedroom with the big doors/windows takes my breath away! Marvelous!
